Dave Gouldman

Dave Gouldman has extensive experience in training and development, with a career spanning military service and civilian roles. From 1974 to 2003, Dave served in the U.S. Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, focusing on aircraft electrical and instrument systems, and played a key role in curriculum development. Following military service, Dave worked at RBC, Incorporated as a Training Specialist and Project Analyst from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the design of a new aircraft navigation system. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2019, Dave held dual roles as Trainer and Recruiter at Saint Joseph Health System, focusing on organizational learning and recruitment efforts. Currently, Dave is semi-retired and involved with Guardian Athletics while living in the San Diego area.
