Ingi Jóhann Guðmundsson

Ingi Jóhann Guðmundsson, born January 12, 1969, home in Garðabær. Ingi Jóhann has been on the board of Sjóvár since July 28, 2011. Ingi Jóhann is a Cand. Oecon. in business administration from the University of Iceland and works as the manager of Gjögur hf. and Kjálkaness ehf. Ingi Jóhann is the chairman of Hrólfskers ehf. which has a 15.17% stake in Sjóvá, while Ingi Jóhann has an indirect stake in Hrólfsskeri through Kjálkanes ehf. which has a 34.2% stake in the company. Ingi owns a 22% share in Kjálkanesi ehf.

Ingi is considered independent of the company and its day-to-day managers, but is considered dependent on a large shareholder according to the guidelines on governance.
