Matthew R. Breeden

Matthew R. Breeden has over 10 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Matthew R. started their career in 2006 as an intern at Breeden Homes and later joined the company as a Financial Analyst and Branding Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, Matthew worked as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Capital Pacific. Matthew R. then joined Blesso Properties in 2012, where they served as an Intern, gaining experience in underwriting new projects, conducting research on new market areas, and completing the development process of RFP's issued by the City of New York. Matthew's most recent position is as Vice President of Development and Marketing at SJP Properties, which they started in 2017.
