Therese Kraft has extensive experience in recruitment and management across several organizations. Currently serving as Rekryteringschef at SJR since February 2016, Therese has previously held significant roles including Rekryteringschef at M&D Selection and Bemanningsansvarig at WANT AB. At WANT AB, Therese was responsible for staffing operations and served on the management team. Additional experience includes overseeing service operations for Locum AB and executing a consulting assignment for Lindroos Kompetens & Organisationsutveckling AB focused on organizational analysis. Therese also managed national delivery for INgroup Sweden's largest clients and has held multiple roles at Ernst & Young, including Project Manager for a large conference facility development and Support Assistant in Corporate Finance.
