Lucy Coles is an accomplished content executive with extensive experience in leading creative teams and delivering high-quality content strategies. Currently serving as Executive Content Director at Group SJR since April 2021, Coles oversees the EMEA teams of creative and editorial storytellers. Previously, as Chief Content Officer at Bookmark Content and Communications, Coles directed content creation for notable B2C brands such as Patek Philippe and American Express Travel. Coles's career also includes significant roles at Forward Worldwide, where contributions spanned from Editorial Director to various editorial positions, managing high-profile clients and producing award-winning programs. Coles began in the industry as a freelance writer and editor, with foundational experience gained at Hearst Magazines. Education culminated in a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Bristol.
