Johan Hillebrand's work experience begins in 1994 as a communicatie medewerker at ASA. Johan then moves on to Fortis Bank Nederland in 2009 to work as the Head of Internal Communication & Internet Management. In 2010, Johan becomes the Head of Internal Communication at ABN AMRO.
