Nayantara S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nayantara currently holds the position of Director of People + Culture at both GCI Canada and Group SJR, starting in July 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked at PATTISON Outdoor from September 2013 to June 2021, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Administrator. Before that, Nayantara was employed at Pattison Onestop from October 2010 to August 2013. During their time there, they held the roles of Residential Network Coordinator, assisting with the launch and expansion of the Residential Network; and Junior Bookkeeper/Receptionist, handling financial record-keeping duties and conducting bookkeeping tasks.

Nayantara S. completed their education at two institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended the University of Waterloo and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, their field of study is not specified. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Nayantara attended Sheridan College, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2020, they received the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
