Guner Yenal

Guner Yenal is currently a Private Equity Associate at SK Capital Partners since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners from July 2021 to July 2024, where Guner acted as a generalist in M&A and strategic advisory, advising on significant transactions including the $25 billion sale of Endeavor to Silver Lake and various acquisitions and joint ventures for companies such as Trimble and Simply Good Foods. Guner also held roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School, supporting the Finance and Operations Information and Decisions Departments from May 2018 to May 2021. Guner completed internships as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Centerview Partners and Barclays Investment Bank in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Guner holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
