Robert Abrams

Mr. Abrams became a Vice President at SK Capital in 2020. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Woodstock Sterile Solutions and Valtris Specialty Chemicals. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Niacet.

Prior to joining SK Capital in 2015, Mr. Abrams worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group of Deutsche Bank, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions across multiple industries.

Mr. Abrams graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in finance and accounting from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
