Will Dana is currently a Capital Markets Senior Associate at SK Capital Partners, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Capital Markets Associate at Gryphon Investors from April 2021 to August 2024 and as a Technology Investment Banking Analyst at Needham & Company from July 2019 to April 2021. Will also completed a Healthcare Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Cowen and Company in summer 2018 and served as a Business Development Associate at MadeMarket earlier that year. Additional experiences include an Equity Research Summer Analyst role at JMP Securities LLC focused on Energy Technology & Services and Industrial Technology and a Marketing and Media Intern role at Touring & Tasting Marketing and Media. Will began professional development as a Sailing Coach at the San Francisco Yacht Club while still in high school. Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the University of Southern California, attended UC Santa Barbara, and graduated from Branson High School.
