Karin Valtson

Karin Valtson is an experienced professional in corporate operations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Operations and HR Partner at SK ID Solutions since June 2022. Karin previously held various roles at Eesti Energia from October 2015 to August 2022, including HR Business Partner, Leadership Development Manager, and Training and Development Specialist. Additionally, Karin worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Omniva from April 2021 to June 2022, focusing on leadership development programs and corporate values renewal. Earlier career experiences include roles at Elektrilevi as a Training Specialist, HITSA as a Training Project Manager, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia as a Training Assistant. Karin holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Tallinn University.
