Risto Moor

Risto Moor currently serves as the Head of Operations Center and Service Manager at SK ID Solutions since February 2023. Previously, Risto held the position of DevOps Engineer at Telia from July 2020 to February 2023, focusing on consulting, implementing, and managing Cherwell's IT service management software along with developing ITIL 4 based processes. Risto's extensive experience includes roles as Information Technology Project Manager at the Health and Welfare Information Systems Centre from January 2017 to July 2020, and IT Project Manager at the Ministry of Social Affairs from April 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing ICT projects and implementing new technologies. Early in Risto's career, roles included working as a specialist in the Estonian Air Force from January 2007 to April 2013, maintaining IT hardware and software. Risto holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool and continues education at Lääne-Viru Rakenduskõrgkool.
