John Lee, PhD, MBA, is a biotech executive with over 15 years of experience in driving innovation and operational excellence within the cell and gene therapy (CGT) space. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cell & Gene Therapy at SK pharmteco, John leads strategic plans for business growth and oversees cross-functional R&D teams. Previously, they held senior roles at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, GSK, and Johnson & Johnson, where they facilitated the advancement of therapeutic platforms and launched proprietary manufacturing technologies. John’s academic background includes an Executive MBA from Penn State and ongoing PhD studies at The Brody School of Medicine.
