Michael McCormick

Michael McCormick is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as SVP and Officer of Quality and Regulatory at SK pharmteco, Michael drives the development and implementation of comprehensive quality strategies in compliance with GMP regulations. Prior roles include Sr. Vice President of Quality and Compliance at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, where Michael was instrumental in designing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at WuXi AppTec, leading quality initiatives across multiple sites. Michael began a career at Johnson Matthey Fine Chemicals as a QA Manager, enhancing productivity and complaint management through performance improvement techniques. Michael holds an MBA in Biotechnology and Health Industry from Penn State University and a BS in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
