Hyewon Lee

Hyewon Lee is a Senior UX Researcher at SK Telecom, where responsibilities include conceptualizing UX for the real-time data analysis solution METATRON Next since April 2016. Previously, Hyewon served as a UX Researcher at Samsung Electronics from April 2006 to February 2016, focusing on differentiating UX design for ultrasound and X-ray diagnostic devices in the medical equipment division, overseeing research on user behavior among doctors, patients, and radiologists, as well as the UX design and validation process for product launches. Hyewon holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Sookmyung Women's University.
