Hyojung Oh

Hyojung Oh has extensive experience in AI service planning and user experience design, currently serving as an AI Service Planner at SK Telecom since June 2018, where projects include UX for the NUGU auto AI Assistant and the NUGU 'Routune' service. Prior to this role, Hyojung worked at LG Electronics from January 2010 to May 2018 as a UX Designer, focusing on In-Vehicle Infotainment UX for KIA and HYUNDAI and Smart TV UX for WebOS TV. Hyojung also gained experience as an intern at LG Electronics in 2009. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Design from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Interaction Design from the Korea National University of Arts.
