Danny Tricot

Danny Tricot serves as a Partner and Head of the European Capital Markets Practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP since March 2000. Notable experience includes advising National Atomic Company Kazatomprom and Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna on Kazatomprom’s US$451 million IPO and listings, assisting TMF Group with its proposed IPO, and guiding Phoenix Group Holdings on a £950 million rights issue to finance part of the acquisition of Standard Life Assurance. Prior to this, Danny Tricot was a Trainee Solicitor and Assistant Solicitor at Allen & Overy from September 1996 to March 2000. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from The College of Law, London, and a degree in Law with French Law from UCL.
