Janet Accardo

Janet Accardo is a seasoned library services professional with extensive experience in managing library operations within prestigious firms. Since October 1992, Janet has served as the Director of Library Services at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, overseeing library operations, staffing, information resources, and budgets across 24 offices. Prior to this role, Janet was the Manager of Library Services at Ernst & Young's New York Office from September 1972 to September 1992, where responsibilities included providing reference services to accountants and tax specialists. Janet holds a Master of Library Science degree from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The College of Wooster.
