Johanny Paulino

Johanny Paulino has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, having held multiple roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since October 2018, advancing from Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Project Assistant to Talent Management Project Supervisor. Prior to this, Johanny served as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Intern at MetLife, where analytical skills were utilized for research and program design. Additionally, experience encompasses a six-year fellowship at The Opportunity Network aimed at supporting underserved students, internships at various organizations including Sunnyside Community Services and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and a background in administrative support within the New York State Unified Court System. Education includes a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Hispanic Studies from Wheaton College, supplemented by a study abroad program in Business Spanish at the University of Virginia.
