Lorenzo Corte

Lorenzo Corte is a Partner and Global Head of Transactions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Prior to this role, Lorenzo served as a Praticante at STUDIO LEGALE CORTE - FOODLAW.IT, specializing in food law. Lorenzo holds a degree from Universita degli Studi di Milano, obtained between 1991 and 1996, and furthered education at Columbia Law School from 1997 to 1998.
