Thad Hartmann

Thad Hartmann is a corporate attorney who specializes in advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance, with a focus on the sports, media, entertainment, and technology sectors. They served as a Partner in Mergers and Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.
