Truls Ditlefsen

Truls Ditlefsen is an experienced engineer specializing in system and technology within the energy sector. Currently serving as Ingeniør System og Teknikk at Skagerak Energi since August 2019, Truls focuses on digitization and technical oversight of hydropower plants. Previously, Truls occupied various roles at Guard Automation AS from May 2012 to July 2019, including Bransjeansvarlig Vann & Miljø and Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales and customer responsibilities across multiple sectors. Truls has a strong background in system architecture, project engineering, and electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming, public procurement, and project commissioning. Truls began the professional journey at Skagerak Energi as an engineering student in 2010 and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Elkraftteknikk from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
