Bianca Gordon, MSN, RN, CCRN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Bianca began their career at PeaceHealth as a Critical Care Nurse from 2010 to 2014. Bianca then moved on to Providence St. Joseph Health, where they held various roles including Critical Care Nurse, Administrative Supervisor, and Nurse Manager from 2006 to 2018. Bianca also worked at MultiScale Health Networks as a Clinical Program Director and Account Manager, where they led product development teams and contributed to sales and marketing decisions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Chief Nursing Officer at Skagit Regional Health.
Bianca Gordon, MSN, RN, CCRN completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Washington. Bianca then pursued their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Leadership and Administration at Western Governors University. Additionally, they hold a Registered Nurse certification from the Washington State Department of Health and is also a Certified Critical-Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) by the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).
