Jon Scallan

Jon Scallan, MBA/HCM, RHCEOC, CPHQ, currently serves as the Regional Director of Quality & Reliability at Skagit Regional Health since July 2025 and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at CanvasCare Health Partners since March 2022. Previously, Jon Scallan worked as the Director of Quality & Risk/Compliance Officer at Island Health from November 2022 to June 2025, Chief Quality Officer at WhidbeyHealth Medical Center from March 2020 to February 2022, and Director of Quality and Patient Safety at St. Peter's Hospital from September 2017 to March 2020. Experience in regulatory compliance includes roles such as Regional Director of Accreditation at St. Luke's Health System and Regulatory Compliance Manager at Kootenai Health. Jon Scallan's early career included service as a Combat Medic/Mental Health Specialist in the US Army from January 1997 to January 2003.
