Mine Gunes Kaya

MINE GUNES KAYA, EMBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder of Creativity and Scentific Products at Mies Global since June 2024, MINE also serves as a Board Member and VP Membership of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Türkiye, alongside holding positions such as President Elect and Director of Communications & Marketing at Rotary International. A founding member of Rotary Izmır Cultural Heritage Club and involved with the Italian Culture & Friendship Association-İzmir, MINE contributes to the Aegean Tourism Association as Secretary General. Additional roles include being an International Board Member and President of IFITT Türkiye, as well as being a Professional Tourist Guide and advisory board member for İzmir Tarihi Liman Kenti. MINE’s educational background includes an MBA from Izmir University of Economics and studies at Harvard Business School Online and Ankara University, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature.
