Konstantin Kladko is a seasoned technology leader and expert in cryptography and blockchain infrastructure, currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Skale Labs since January 2018, where high-performance blockchain consensus and zero-knowledge (ZK) infrastructure have been developed. Prior to this role, Kladko co-founded Galactic Exchange, focusing on big data and deep learning, and Cloudessa, Inc., a WiFi cryptography startup that was acquired by Global Reach. Kladko also founded Aspect Labs, a crypto lab affiliated with the NSA and NIST, contributed to database encryption at Ingrian Networks, and played a key role at Sun Microsystems, where core features of the Java Programming Language were developed. Kladko's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Technische Universität Dresden and a Master of Science from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, along with research experience at Stanford University and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
