From December 2009 to January 2018, Matthias was a Project Manager at Rohrer AG, overseeing customer projects for blister packaging machines, and earlier served as a Design Engineer at both Rohrer AG and SUHNER Group, focusing on GMP-compliant machines and product development. Matthias holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, obtained in 2007.
