Ajay has worked with some of the world's leading organizations like Genpact, Endeavour Software Technologies, etc. in various leadership roles. Ajay has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and delivering significant business value to their clients. Ajay is a highly skilled technologist and an excellent leader who motivates their team to achieve the impossible.

Ajay Gabale attended Shivaji University for both their M.C.A. in Computer Science and their B. Sc. in Physics. Ajay also has certification from Eindhoven University of Technology in Process Mining: Data science in Action, as well as certification from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
