Jayaraman Raghuraman

Jayaraman (Raghu) Raghuraman currently serves as a Volunteer English Language teacher at El Buen Samaritano while also functioning as the CEO and Founder of 4Scale LLC, focusing on Digital Transformation Strategy and offering Board Advisory Services and Executive Mentorships since April 2023. Previously, Raghuraman retired from Schneider Electric in March 2023 after a significant tenure, where Raghuraman held roles including Senior Vice President of Digital Engineering and Vice President of Digital Engineering at Schneider Digital, leading major digital initiatives and transformations for the company. Prior experience includes leadership positions at General Motors, Endeavour Software Technologies, Dell, i2 Technologies, and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, with proven success in technology development, business growth, and digital strategies. Raghuraman holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including Columbia Business School and INSEAD, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Mumbai.
