Brandon Silvani has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and supervisory roles. Brandon'smost recent position is as an Operations Supervisor at Skana Aluminum Co. starting in 2023. Previously, they worked as a Group Leader of Injection Molding at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC from 2021 to 2023, where they led a team of 12-25 members and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. From 2015 to 2021, Silvani served as a Fabrication Department Operations Supervisor at The Vollrath Company, ensuring safety and engaging associates in process improvements.
