Emelie Holm

Emelie Holm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Förvaltare at both Skandia Fastigheter and Atrium Ljungberg since March 2021, Emelie previously held the position of Projektledare within CRES at NIRAS Sweden AB from September 2017 to March 2021. Emelie's career began at Sundbybergs stad, where responsibilities included Lokalstrateg and Fastighetsförvaltare from September 2012 to August 2017. Emelie holds a Teknologie kandidatexamen (tekn.kand.) in Fastighet & Finans from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
