Sven Orefelt

Sven Orefelt has extensive experience in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Chef Fastighetsutveckling at Skandia Fastigheter since February 2010. Prior roles include Projektchef at Diligentia AB, Chef Projektledning at Akademiska Hus, and Projektledare at LM Ericsson Fastigheter, Astra AB, and Reinhold Fastigheter. Sven Orefelt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and a Civilingenjörsexamen in Road and Water Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
