Ann-Charlotte Stjerna has an extensive background in compliance and risk management within the insurance sector, currently serving as Head of Group Compliance and CEO of Skandia Insurance Company, Ltd since 2008. Stjerna is also a Board Member of Skandiabanken AB and has held various roles within the Skandia Group, including Chief Risk Officer, overseeing crucial risk control and compliance functions. With additional board memberships at Hedvig Försäkring AB and former positions in business analysis and customer development, Stjerna is actively involved in both corporate governance and strategic management within the Skandia organization and beyond.
