Charlotta Ek

Charlotta Ek is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of Broker Distribution, Enterprise Business, and Market Support at Skandia Norden since March 2008. In this role, Charlotta oversees all market-supporting units in Sweden, including Risk & Compliance and Business Support, managing a team of 8 direct reporting managers and 95 employees. Previous positions held include Head of Business Support Sales and Strategic Business Controller for both Sweden and the Nordic region. Prior to Skandia Norden, Charlotta worked as a Management Consultant at Trinovo Arkitraven and Exportrådet (The Swedish Trade Council). Charlotta holds a Master of Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from The University of Edinburgh.
