Mia Balazsi

Mia Balazsi is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Skandia since May 2022, leading a team of 15 within the SAFe framework, focusing on application, database, identity, and authorization platforms. Prior to this, Mia held various roles at SPP from 2001 to 2022, including Scrum Master for a nine-member team focused on cloud migration and continuous development, as well as responsibilities in agile practices, maintenance coordination, testing, digital channel development, and web management. Educational background includes studies at IHM Business School, Medieskolan, and Berghs School of Communication.
