Chiara Bozzelli

Chiara Bozzelli has extensive experience in payroll and compliance management, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Coordinator and Compliance Manager at Skanska since February 2019. Prior to this role, Chiara worked at Astaldi Construction Corporation USA for nearly a decade, holding multiple positions including Office Manager, where responsibilities involved supporting 20 employees in staffing, payroll, and performance management, and processing timesheets using ADP. Chiara also has a solid background in human resources as an Assistant Office Manager and HR Assistant/Payroll & Benefits Coordinator.
