Joe Tierney

Joe Tierney is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Construction for CRB since June 2021, Joe leads a team in the Maryland Office, collaborating closely with design and senior leadership to drive high performance. Prior to this role, Joe held positions including Project Director at DPR Construction and Operations at Skanska USA. Joe's career began in 1985 with positions as Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Manager at Torcon, complemented by earlier roles at Holt Construction Corp. and The Henderson Corporation. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from Rutgers University, further enhancing a robust construction management background spanning over three decades.
