Mark Carroll

Mark Carroll is an experienced executive in real estate development, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Skanska since August 2009, where management of all development operations in the Greater D.C. area is a key responsibility. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Development, overseeing multiple development projects in the Washington D.C. region. Prior to joining Skanska, Mark was the Principal at Carroll Development, LLC, providing consulting services for various real estate and construction management projects. Mark’s extensive background includes roles such as Regional Director of Development at JPI Partners LLC, leading projects exceeding $500 million, and Development Project Director at Quadrangle Development Corporation, managing large-scale commercial and residential projects. Mark began a career at Clark Construction as a Senior Project Manager, handling large commercial buildings. Mark holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
