Mattias Magnell

Mattias Magnell has over two decades of experience in leadership development and human resource management. Currently serving in a leadership development role at Skanska since April 2011, Mattias also holds the position of Chair for SIS TK-562 HRM at the Svenska institutet för standarder since October 2020. Previous roles include accredited teacher at Edinburgh Business School from January 2005 to January 2017 and faculty member at Executive Management Institute from January 2004 to April 2016. Additional experience includes senior consulting at Assessio, management consulting at Cordial Business Advisers, and managerial roles at Ernst & Young and Arbetsförmedlingen. Mattias holds a BSc in Human Resource Development from Stockholm University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
