Nicole Gregan

Nicole Gregan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation management and HR analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Skanska since October 2021, oversight includes employee compensation strategies for the USA branch. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Selective Insurance for over a decade, where notable positions included HR Analytics Manager, Sales Compensation & Analytics Manager, and Sr Compensation Analyst, playing a crucial role in developing HR metrics and managing compensation plans.
