Paul Cocuzza

Paul Cocuzza, LEED AP, has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Preconstruction Services at Skanska USA Building Inc. since March 1997. In this role, Paul oversees mechanical estimating staff to perform cost analyses for mechanical systems across commercial, industrial, and specialty projects, while also preparing feasibility studies and evaluating designs for value engineering. Previous roles include QA Inspector at AQM Services, Inc., Project Manager at Binsky & Snyder Mechanical Contractors and Engineers, Inc., and Project Engineer at The EPM Group, Inc. Consulting Engineers. Paul earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has pursued architectural studies at both Pratt Institute and UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ.
