Sally Scott

Sally Scott is an experienced professional in talent and capability management, currently serving as the Talent and Capability Director at Skanska since October 2007, with a history of evolving titles within the company, including Head of Talent and Capability and Senior HR Business Partner. Previous roles at Skanska UK include Head of Emerging Talent and Recruitment and various positions in HR and learning and development from January 2002 to June 2007. Sally holds a PGDip in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University.
