Tony Stefanelli

Tony Stefanelli, CPA, is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in various tax roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Project Tax Manager at Skanska since July 2018, Tony monitors tax compliance on a $4 billion project, managing use tax accruals and securing refunds for overpayments, which led to a no-change audit. As the Managing Partner at steftax.com since March 2015, Tony founded the firm, further demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Research Manager at FedTax, where responsibilities involved developing multi-state tax matrices for online sales tax compliance, and Sr. Tax Accountant at Lime Energy, focusing on income tax prepayments and sales tax collection.
