Alex Killby

Alex Killby is currently the Director of Information Technology at Skate Canada/Patinage Canada since February 2014. Alex has a background in traditional and SCRUM project management, with experience in eLearning/LMS, customer portal, CRM, HRIS, ERP, CMS/web, and customer advocacy/call centre technologies. Alex also holds a position as a Technology Projects Manager at the Canadian Armed Forces and works as an Army Reservist at 33 Signal Regiment. Prior to these roles, Alex was the Contact Centre Coordinator at Scouts Canada. Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Theory and Production from Western University and also holds a Radio Broadcasting degree from Fanshawe College. Additionally, Alex obtained a Certificate of Project Management Studies from Algonquin College.
