Anders Hermansen is a seasoned legal professional with over 10 years of experience advising Danish and international clients on corporate matters, particularly in real estate transactions, company law, contract law, and M&A. As a Partner at Plesner since January 2023 and a Partner at Skau Reipurth & Partnere since May 2016, Hermansen has provided comprehensive legal services related to property sales, project development, and real estate financing.
