Currently serving as Administrerende direktør at Skau Reipurth since November 2020, Kjeld previously held the position of Direktør / Chief Operating Officer at Horten from August 2004 to October 2020, during which revenue increased from under 100 million DKK. Prior experience includes a role as Partner at Deloitte from September 1988 to July 2004, where Kjeld managed HR responsibilities and led projects for internal training reorganization. Additionally, Kjeld was a Global Senior Learning Manager at Deloitte’s Global Office in New York, focusing on the globalization of internal management training. Educational qualifications include degrees in revision, accounting, and economics from Copenhagen Business School.
