Morten Vibe

Morten Vibe is an experienced attorney and partner at Skau Reipurth since January 2022, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and advising clients on various company law matters including investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and trade sanctions. Prior to this role, Morten served as a senior associate at Skau Reipurth, as well as an attorney-at-law and manager at Plesner, where contributions were made to the energy and infrastructure focus group, particularly in renewable energy transactions. Morten's educational background includes a law degree from the University of Copenhagen, supplemented by studies at the National University of Singapore.
