Derick Tembi Tata has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture, infrastructure, and engineering. Derick Tembi is currently working as a Cloud Architect at Skaylink since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Cloud Architect at JJ Tech Inc from September 2020 to April 2022. Derick also has experience as a Junior Infrastructure Architect at Microhealth Global Consulting Inc from March 2019 to January 2020, where they analyzed requirements, supported infrastructure migration, and implemented cost-effective solutions using AWS cloud platform. Additionally, they have worked as a Mechatronics Intern at Continental from February 2018 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, Derick served as a CAD Engineer/PDM Administrator at Angelique International Limited from January 2015 to August 2016, where they migrated CAD files, developed workflows, controlled access, and maintained PDM systems and databases.

Derick Tembi Tata has a strong educational background with a focus on engineering and computational studies. Derick Tembi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University Insitute of Buea in the period of 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, graduating in the period of 2016 to 2018. Derick Tembi then furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Computational Engineering at Ruhr University Bochum from 2020 to 2022.
