Annika Ekengren

Annika Ekengren is an experienced sustainability professional with a robust background in sustainability strategy, management systems, and reporting. Currently serving as Hållbarhetsansvarig at SKB since April 2021, Ekengren previously worked as Hållbarhetskonsult at Tyréns AB, focusing on sustainability strategy, goal management, process support, and compliance with standards such as ISO 14001 and GRI Standards. Prior roles include Sustainability Strategist at Jernhusen and Environmental Coordinator at Bollnäs Bostäder. Ekengren holds a Magister degree in Environmental Science and Cultural Geography from the University of Gothenburg and has further educational experience from the University of Amsterdam.
