Ingrid Gyllfors

Ingrid Gyllfors has extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as VD at SKB since June 2022, Gyllfors oversees the management of over 8,200 residential properties in the Stockholm-Uppsala region. Previously, Gyllfors acted as VD for Stiftelsen Stockholms Studentbostäder, managing an equivalent number of student residences, and held various significant positions at Solna stad and Fastighetskontoret in Stockholm. Gyllfors's background includes responsibilities as a department head in project management and urban development, with a solid foundation in civil engineering obtained from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
